At Aus Inks, we're committed to providing top-notch service and products. Here's our straightforward policy on returns and exchanges:
Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders
We understand that mistakes happen. If you've had a change of heart or ordered the wrong cartridge, no worries! You can return it within 30 days of purchase for credit. Just remember:
Cartridges must be in pristine condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.
You'll need to post the cartridge(s) back to us. Give us a bell, and we'll provide the details for our nearest warehouse.
A 10% restocking fee applies.
Original delivery costs aren't refundable.
Unused Cartridges
Printers can be temperamental beasts. If yours has gone to the big office in the sky and you're left with unused cartridges (purchased within the last month), we've got your back:
Return them for credit towards cartridges for your new printer.
Same rules apply: unopened, pristine condition, in original packaging.
You'll need to handle the return postage.

Faulty Cartridges

Remember, all Aus Inks cartridges come with a 12-month warranty. We might need you to return the cartridge for assessment before issuing a replacement. Fair warning: we can't replace or refund cartridges that have been misused.
